Transaction – Sold unconditionally by way of informal tender

Details – This site was previously used as an Extra Care Facility. Once sold on behalf of our original client, Searls land went on to assist the new owner, Ashill Developments, to sell the site unconditionally with detailed planning permission for 12 homes.

Details – This site was previously an open field. The land was acquired unconditionally with no formal planning permission in place, just a draft allocation that the land be used for employment use.

Details: This was previously the site of a former public house before being acquired on behalf of our client, with the prospect of development. Details: This redundant commercial site was acquired without planning permission under the terms of an option agreement. Searls Land went on to arrange the unconditional resale of the site to Greenplan Designer Homes with detailed planning permission for 5 houses.
