Dan has a background in residential development and therefore, has a detailed understanding of the needs and pressures of housebuilders and promoters. In his position as ‘Head of Land’, Dan oversees all acquisition and disposal projects for both the immediate land and strategic land departments whilst also providing mentoring and guidance to other staff members

Seeing opportunities that others don't

Adam holds a senior Land Manager position and is a key resource within the business. Responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of short term residential land and development projects throughout the southern sector of our operating area, whilst also working alongside the Strategic land team, providing critical marketing advise at the point strategic projects gain an allocation or consent.

A people person

Having completed an apprenticeship scheme with Affinity Sutton Housing Association (now Clarion Housing Group), Charlie went on to work within their New Business department for five years, gaining valuable experience in the affordable housing development sector. After a year travelling, Charlie joined Searls Land in the summer of 2019 as a Land Manager and is responsible for the identification, acquisition and disposal of residential land and development projects across the Northern region of our operating area.

Edward is an experienced land buyer having worked for one of the region’s leading land promotion companies for four years before joining Searls Land in Jan 2020.
Covering the south of England, Edward works with clients whose requirement is to secure land with future development potential spanning the next 30 years with no upper limit to unit numbers.

Client requirements include unconditional Freehold Land, Long term Promotional agreements and Option agreements.

Sam is an experienced Land Agent, having previously worked for a rural land agency in East Sussex where he represented private, institutional, and corporate clients engaging in the acquisition and disposal of assets within the rural property market.
